Bug reports, feature requests, copyright concerns and general questions all reach the same place. We read everything and usually reply within two business days.
Before you write about a broken link
Most reports turn out to be one of the documented cases, and you will get an answer faster from the troubleshooting section than from us. It covers invalid link formats, private channels, deleted posts, restricted forwarding and rate limits.
If it is not one of those, please include:
- The Telegram post link you were using
- The exact message shown on screen
- Your browser and device
Without the link we usually cannot reproduce the problem, and the report ends up costing us both an extra round trip.
Copyright and takedown requests
We do not host files. Every download is streamed from Telegram's own infrastructure, and nothing is stored on our servers, so there is nothing on our side to take down.
If content infringes your rights, the effective route is to report it to Telegram directly at [email protected], which can remove the content at source. That said, if you tell us about a specific channel distributing infringing material, we can block that channel from being processed through this service. Email the address above with the channel name and details of your claim.
Security disclosure
If you have found a vulnerability, please write to the address above with security in the subject line and give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. We are grateful for reports and will credit you if you would like.
Other channels
We are on X (Twitter) and run an announcements channel at @officialdownloader. Neither is monitored as closely as email, for anything that needs an answer, use email.
